Abstract

Annotation. The article deals with topical issues of teaching the discipline "Physical Culture" in modern conditions, in particular, during the period of distance learning of students. The article analyzes the relevance of obtaining information and knowledge, as well as the features of communication between teachers and students in an online format. The experience on the application of the curriculum in the discipline with the strengthening of the educational aspect is summarized. The possibilities of carrying out sports and mass work during distance learning in order to form a healthy lifestyle of students are shown.

The obtained results can be used by teachers of the discipline "Physical Culture" in the course of practical classes with students of higher educational institutions.
